Akshay Kumar's Film With Director Priyadarshan Officially Announced With The First Look Title

Mumbai, September 9 - After months of speculations, Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has officially reunited with director Priyadarshan for a fantasy horror-comedy film. The movie, produced by Ekta Kapoor and Akshay, has been titled Bhooth Bangla.

The film's official announcement came on Akshay Kumar's birthday on September 9. The makers unveiled the movie's title with the first-look poster which features Akshay Kumar drinking milk in a cup with a black cat on his shoulders. There is a haunted house in the background.

Bhooth Bangla marks Akshay's 7th film with director Priyadarshan. The duo has worked together in some of the most celebrated comedy entertainers, including Hera Pheri and Bhool Bhulaiyaa, of the Indian cinema. Their last film together was Khatta Meetha (2010), and now after 14 years, the duo is teaming up again to create the magic.

Bhooth Bangla will be released in 2025.
