Diljit Dosanjh, Shehnaaz Gill, Sonam Bajwa Starrer 'Honsla Rakh' Trailer Breaks Youtube Records

Mumbai, September 29 - Shehnaaz Kaur Gill returns to Punjabi cinema with the upcoming comedy film "Honsla Rakh", which also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Sonam Bajwa in the lead roles. Directed by Amarjit Singh Saron, the movie was shot in Canada in March this year and it is scheduled to release in theaters on October 15 on the occasion of Dussehra.

Meanwhile, the trailer of "Honsla Rakh" was released on September 27, and as expected, the trailer has been received so well by the audience that it broke records on Youtube. The trailer of "Honsla Rakh" becomes the most-watched teaser/trailer on Youtube for a Punjabi movie in the first 24-hours.



Produced by Daljit Thind, and Diljit Dosanjh, the trailer currently is nearing 1.4 million views on Youtube. It is currently the 8th most viewed Punjabi movie trailer and is likely to become the most-watched teaser/trailer for a Punjabi movie in the coming days.

The trailer of the film is a pure laughter riot that involves an unwanted child. In the trailer, Diljit Dosanjh's character in an NRI in Canada accidentally gets his wife, Shehnaaz Gill's character, pregnant. They get divorced before the baby is born and Shehnaaz asks Diljit to have custody of the baby. The trailer then shows Diljit trying really hard to raise his child.

After a few years, the trailer shows Diljit's character falling in love with Sonam Bajwa's character. He wants her to be his son's new mommy and they come up with a way to woo her. However, there is a twist as Shehnaaz Gill returns into their lives.



The trailer promises a blockbuster affair as the audience is praising Shehnaaz Gill for her act. The movie also features Gippy Grewal's son, Shinda Grewal, who played the character of Diljit and Shehnaaz's son in the film. Written by Rakesh Dhawan and is slated to release on October 15.
