As noted, This will be the company's first Raw episode to have live ticketed fans since the pandemic began in mid-March 2020.
With the decline of cases and the development of vaccines, WWE announced that they would be leaving the ThunderDome and returning to a live touring schedule in mid-July 2021 with Money in the Bank being the first pay-per-view on this initial 25-city tour.

John Cena Kick Off Monday Night Raw
After his shocking return at WWE Money In The Bank John Cena will be live to kick off this Monday's Raw.
Cena announced during a backstage interview that he will be live on WWE Raw in Dallas!. This week's Monday Night Raw is scheduled to tap on July 19, 2021, live from American Airlines Center, in Dallas TX. Roman Reigns scored another victory at WWE Money in the Bank by defeating Edge and retaining the WWE Universal Championship.
After the match, John Cena officially made his return to WWE television. Cena stood across the ring from Reigns and hit him with the "you can't see me" as the crowd gave him a thunderous ovation.
WWE has hopefully returned to WWE for a SummerSlam match against Reigns. At the end of the night, Cena went on facing Roman Reigns and didn't even recognize him as the "Head Of The Table".

Goldberg Returns To Face Bobby lashley
Goldberg is coming back sooner than anyone previously thought. He is also going for Bobby Lashley’s WWE Title., according to Fightful Select.
WWE's plan was for Bill Goldberg to return on Monday’s RAW and to set up an eventual match with Bobby Lashley, targeted for Summerslam.
Goldberg still has a WWE contract for two matches per year, which runs through next year. This will be his second match of 2021. The first one he lost to then-WWE Champion Drew McIntyre at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view back in January.
