Earth Day: Former Miss World Manushi Chhillar Encourages People To Go Vegetarian
Mumbai, April 22, 2021: Former Miss World and Bollywood newcomer, Manushi Chhillar has continued to do humanitarian work for the betterment of society. On Earth Day (April 22), the beauty queen features in a new campaign for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), India, and encouraged people to go vegetarian. ## Manushi said that she has unlocked the benefits of being vegetarian and that everyone should give this diet a try. ## "For me, being a vegetarian was a personal choice and I have unlocked its benefits. This #EarthDay, I request everyone to give this diet a try, if they so choose to. Honoured to be featured by @PetaIndia to highlight how being a vegetarian can be a healthier diet alternative!" Superstar Akshay Kumar will be essaying the role of Prithviraj Chauhan while Manushi playing his love interest and beloved wife Sanyogita. Directed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi, the movie is scheduled for release on 5 November 2021. ## Apart from Prithviraj, Manushi, who won the Miss World title in 2017, will also be starring in the Vijay Krishna Acharya's directorial, "The Great Indian Family", for which the filming is currently underway. ## Stay tuned...
