Bollywood Welcomes Supreme Court's Decision To Grant CBI Probe Into Sushant Singh Rajput's Death Case

Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's untimely and mysterious death has been making all the noise since June. Many people suspect his death is a murder and wanted CBI to investigate the case. And now, the Supreme Court has finally made its decision and allowed the Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI) to probe his death. During the fourth hearing of Rhea Chakraborty's plea, Justice Hrishikesh declared the verdict on 19 August 2020. ## As SC has allowed CBI to takeover Sushant's death case, many Bollywood actors who were silent till SC's decision, have welcomed SC's decision of allowing CBI to probe. Prabhas' Next Movie Titled 'Adipurush' Is An Adaption Of Ramayan

Baahubali fame, Prabhas is all set to team up with the Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior director Om Raut for upcoming magnum opus Adipurush. The movie was announced on Tuesday (August 18), and this dream project of Om Raut is said to be an adaption of Ramayana.## This mega budgeted project will be produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair under the banners of T-series and Retrophiles. Drishyam Director Nishikant Kamat Passes Away In Hyderabad At 50

Ajay Devgn starrer Drishyam movie director Nishikant Kamat who was suffering from liver cirrhosis has succumbed to the disease at the age of 50 in Hyderabad on August 17, Monday. ## Earlier there were reports of Nishikant Kamat being stable, however, he did not show much improvement and his condition got a lot worse. The director was in a private hospital in Hyderabad and was being treated for his condition. IAF Writes To CBFC Complaining About Movie Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl For 'Undue Negative Portrayal'

The Indian Air Force (IAF) has written to the Central Board Of Film Certification (CBFC) complaining about the movie Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl that is scheduled to release today (August 12) on Netflix, for 'undue negative portrayal' of IAF. ## As per a report by ANI, the IAF in its letter to the censor board, and sent to Netflix and Dharma Production, stated as per the initial understanding that, "Dharma Productions had agreed to represent Indian Air Force (IAF) with authenticity and make all efforts to ensure that the film helps to inspire the next generations of IAF officers". ## However, when the trailer of the movie was released recently, IAF observed that "certain scenes and dialogues in the movie and its trailer, which was forwarded to this office for viewing, have been found to portray the IAF in an undue negative light", ANI stated.## The letter further read, "In the aim to glorify the screen character of Gunjan Saxena, Dharma Productions presented some situations that are misleading and portray an inappropriate work culture especially against women in IAF".## Talking about the film, it is a biopic that is based on India's first woman Air Force pilot, Gunjan Saxena who fought during the Kargil war.
