Minneapolis, 10 September - Gunther vs. Chad Gable on Monday got a great reaction following their match.

As we're aware, Gunther has secured his place as the longest-reigning Intercontinental Champion in WWE history. Since his introduction to the main roster, Gunther had remained undefeated in singles competition until he faced one of the most underrated WWE stars, Chad Gable.



On the August 21st episode of Raw, Gunther defended his championship against Chad Gable but suffered a loss due to a countout. Subsequently, Gable was granted another opportunity to contend for the title on the September 4th edition of Monday Night Raw.

However, this time, Gunther decisively defeated Gable with a series of impactful moves, including a sleeper suplex, a powerbomb, and ultimately, a devastating lariat that dashed Gable's hopes of becoming the Intercontinental Champion.
