The show kicks off with CM Punk arriving in his car. We than Take a shift to what happened between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes last Friday on SmackDown. The music hits and here comes Cody Rhodes, he makes his way to the ring. ##
Chicago Raw opened with Cody Rhodes addressing the crowd. He referenced Roman Reigns' comments on the Pat McAfee show, where Reigns called him a politician who makes empty promises.##
Rhodes defended his record, claiming he keeps his promises to the fans, using lighthearted examples of attending a fan's wedding and birthday party. He then shifted to a more serious tone, acknowledging his respect for Reigns' abilities but expressing his hatred for the champion.##
