Several Participants Confirmed For The Andre The Giant Battle Royal

The annual tradition of the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal is confirmed to return for the 10th consecutive year. It will take place on the April 5th edition of SmackDown, the go-home show before WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia, PA.

While the initial announcement left the participating Superstars a mystery, WWE has begun revealing the names. Here's who's confirmed for the battle royal so far:

Established in 2014 at WrestleMania 30, the Andre the Giant Battle Royal has seen Cesaro, The Big Show, Mojo Rawley, Baron Corbin, Matt Hardy, Jey Uso, and Bobby Lashley (last year's winner) claim victory.

Although the match falls off the WrestleMania card itself this year, fans can expect a night of exciting action on SmackDown before the grand spectacle of WrestleMania 40.
