Maddock Films Unveils Trailer of Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao's Horror Comedy 'Stree 2'

Mumbai, July 18 - Maddock Films in association with Jio Studios has unveiled the highly-anticipated trailer of horror-comedy Stree 2 starring Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurrana, and Abhishek Banerjee.

Directed by Amar Kaushik, the Stree 2 trailer shows the gang of Chanderi reuniting to fight "Sarkata", a ghost who is causing havoc in Chanderi. When everything seems out of hand, Shraddha Kapoor who has now the powers of Stree, returns to save people.



The trailer promises laughs, thrills, and unlimited entertainment along with a lot of twists and turns. As known to everyone, Stree 2 is the 5th movie in Maddock Films' horror-comedy universe and will have a cameo of Varun Dhawan as Bhediya.

The movie is produced by Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films in association with Jio Studios. It will be released on Independence Day, August 15, and will clash with Akshay Kumar's Khel Khel Mein and John Abraham's Vedaa at the box office.
