Actor Dilip Kumar Passed Away At The Age of 98
Mumbai, July 7, 2021: At the age of 98, Veteran actor Dilip Kumar passed away at Mumbai's PD Hinduja Hospital.
Dr. Jalil Parkar, the pulmonologist treating the actor confirmed this.
On Monday, his wife Saira Banu confirmed on Twitter that he was recovering and might soon return home. She added, "We are grateful for God's infinite mercy on Dilip Sahib that his health is improving. We are still in hospital and request your prayers and duas so that Insha'Allah he healthy and discharged soon."
Legend Dilip Kumar worked in Indian Cinema for over five decades with notable films like Mughal-e-Azam, Devdas, Naya Daur, and Ram Aur Shyam. He last appeared in the film Qila which was released in 1998.
