Akshay Kumar Hospitalised After Testing Covid-19 Positive

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has been hospitalized as a 'precautionary measure under medical advice. The actor, on Sunday (April 4), announced on social media that he has tested positive for the coronavirus with mild symptoms and quarantined himself at his home.

Akshay was shooting for his upcoming movie "Ram Setu". According to reports, 45 junior artists of Ram Setu also tested positive for the covid-19, which has halted the shoot for some time.

Recently, many Bollywood stars tested positive for the virus including Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kartik Aaryan, Paresh Raval, among others. Ranbir and Kartik have been recovered fully and resume shooting for their respective films.
