Here is the full match card and everything you need to know about AEW All Out 2021 that is scheduled to take place on September 5, 2021, at the Now Arena in the Chicago suburb of Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
The event will be the third event in the All Out chronology and will be AEW's first pay-per-view held outside of Daily's Place in Jacksonville, Florida since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020.
Tickets for the event sold out quickly after they went on sale on July 9. The only match announced for the event is to be a 21-woman battle royal for a future AEW Women's World Championship.

CM Punk Vs. Darby Allin--Singles Match
On the August 20, 2021 episode of AEW Rampage titled The First Dance, Punk made his professional wrestling return infront of his hometown crowd after a seven-year hiatus. He is scheduled to face Darby Allin at All Out on September 5.
Punk challenged Darby Allin to a match at the AEW All Out show.

Women's Casino Battle Royale: 21-woman battle royal for a future AEW Women's World Championship match
The Casino Battle Royale features 21 entrants, while the Casino Tag Team Royale features 15 tag teams (totaling 30 wrestlers).
Nyla Rose vs. Thunder Rosa vs. The Bunny vs. Big Swole vs. Tay Conti vs. Diamante vs. Penelope Ford vs. Red Velvet vs. Hikaru Shida vs. Emi Sakura vs. Jade Cargill vs. Kiera Hogan vs. Abadon vs. Leyla Hirsch vs. KiLynn King vs. Rebel vs. Jamie Hayter vs. Anna Jay vs. Riho vs. Skye Blue vs. one woman TBA have been added to the match.
The winner of the Casino Battle Royale receives a world championship match of their respective gender's division—either the AEW World Championship or the AEW Women's World Championship—while the winner of the Casino Tag Team Royale, which is only for men, receives an AEW World Tag Team Championship match.
AEW World Championship: Kenny Omega Vs. Christian
AEW World title will be up to grab at AEW All Out on September 5 at the NOW Arena in Chicago, Illinois.
As announced on August 11th edition of AEW Dynamite, that AEW World Champion Kenny Omega will defend the title against Christian.
Commentary made the announcement before the opening match got going involving The Elite.

Paul Wight Vs. QT Marshall
Former WCW and WWE Champion Paul Wight's first official match in AEW is set for the All Out 2021 PPV, facing QT Marshall.

Steel Cage match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship: The Young Bucks(c) Vs. Lucha Bros
AEW announced a Tag Team Eliminator tournament to determine the challengers for the Young Bucks at All Out on September 5.
On August 18th edition of AEW Dynamite, the Elite revealed that there will be a Tag Team Eliminator tournament featuring Private Party, the Varsity Blonds, the Lucha Bros and Jurassic Express.
The winners of the tournament will face the Young Bucks at AEW All Out on September 5 for the AEW World Tag Team Championship inside a Steel Cage.
Chris Jericho Vs. MJF
On August 25th 2021 edition of AEW Dynamite, Chris Jericho said he wanted one more match against MJF at All Out and would be willing to put his AEW in-ring career on the line.
MJF came to the stage and accepted Jericho’s challenge and stipulation for the PPV.

AEW Women's Title: Britt Baker(c) Vs. Kris Statlander
Britt Baker will make her first pay-per-view championship defense when she faces Kris Statlander at AEW All Out on Sunday, September 5.
Kris Statlander will get her first chance to become champion since she faced Nyla Rose at AEW Revolution in 2020, the last pay-per-view before the global pandemic.
On August 25th edition of AEW Dynamite, Britt Baker Vs. Kris Statlander was officially added to All Out 2021 for the AEW Women's Title.

Satoshi Kojima Vs Jon Moxley
NJPW guys will wrestle at AEW All Out 2021.
As revealed on the August 25th edition of AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley confirmed that he will take on Satoshi Kojima in a singles match.

TNT Championship Match: Miro(c) Vs. Eddie Kingston
TNT Championship will be up to grab at AEW All Out 2021. TNT Champion Miro will defend the title against non-other than Eddie Kingston at the event.
On August 27th edition of AEW Rampage, TNT champion Miro had an in-ring segment that allowed Kingston to challenge Miro for the title at AEW All Out.
However, Miro retreated out of the ring in time before Kingston causes any more damage.
10 man Tag Team match
The new match for the All Out Buy-In has been announced.
As announced, Orange Cassidy, Chuck Taylor, Wheeler Yuta and Jurassic Express (Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus (with Marko Stunt)) will take on The HFO (Matt Hardy, Private Party (Isaiah Cassidy and Marq Quen) and TH2 (Anjelico and Jack Evans in a 10 man Tag Team match.
