Ajay Devgn's 'Maidaan' To Have A Wide International Release
Mumbai, April 10 - Bollywood star Ajay Devgn, fresh from a box office hit in the form of Shaitaan, set for his next release as his sports biopic Maidaan which is scheduled to release on April 11 on the occasion of Eid. The movie will have its paid premier across the country on April 10 from 6 PM.
Apart from the domestic release, the Amit Sharma's directorial is set for a massive release internationally. Outside India, Maidaan will be released in over 60 countries on 1600+ screens across 1300+ locations, making it the biggest-ever overseas release for Ajay Devgn.

Produced by Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects in association with Zee Studios. Spanning from 1952 to 1962, the film chronicles the life and journey of Syed Abdul Rahim, an esteemed football coach who revolutionized the sport in India. Due to his immense contribution to football, the Indian Football Team was called the "Brazil of Asia" where they played in a 4-2-4 formation.
Ajay Devgn plays the role of Syed Abdul Rahim as the movie also stars Primani, and Gajraj Rao, among many others in key roles. Maidaan will also be released in IMAX.
