Akshay Kumar Condemns Richa Chadha For Her Galwan Tweet
Mumbai, November 24 - Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has condemned actress Richa Chadha for her remarks on the 2020 Galwan clash, in which several Indian Army soldiers died.
Akshay Kumar whose love for the Indian army is grown over the years took to Twitter and slammed Chadha for being ungrateful towards Indian armed forces and said that he is hurt by her comment. Sharing a screenshot of Richa's tweet, Akshay wrote, "Hurts to see this. Nothing ever should make us ungrateful towards our armed forces. Woh hain toh aaj hum hain (We exist because of them)".

Richa Chadha whose political views have always been at the center of controversy, on Wednesday, reacted to Northern Army Commander Lt General Upendra Dwivedi's statement that the Indian Army is ready to execute any orders on taking back Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
Lt General Dwivedi said with reference to the Defence Minister's previous address, "As far as the Indian Army is concerned, it will carry out any order given by the Government of India. Whenever such orders are given, we will always be ready for it".
Sharing the statement, Richa took to her Twitter handle and wrote, "Galwan says hi". Richa's remarks triggered the sentiments of the citizens who started to slam her for insulting the army by talking about the 2020 clash between India and China.
