Akshay Kumar Shares Cryptic Post Amid Box Office Failure of 'Sarfira'

Mumbai, July 22 - Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar's streak of box office failure has been extended after his latest biographical drama Sarfira which is performing poorly despite the glowing reviews and positive word of mouth. The movie has grossed approximately 30 crores at the worldwide box office in 10 days.

Amid the failure of Sarfira, Akshay's recent cryptic Instagram post has garnered the attention of everyone. In the post, the actor seemingly talks about the betrayal of the friendship which has left his fans and others concerned. Interestingly, in a recent interview, Akshay revealed how some of the people within the industry want his films to fail.



Akshay shared the post which featured the well-known ghazal "Aankhon Mein Raha Dil Mein Utar" by poet Bashir Badr. The actor wrote, "On a holiday and in the mood to read some shayari. Came across this gem by Bashir Badr sahab. Kya khoob likha hai!". Check the post below.

The fans are showing sympathy with the actor and asking him to not lose hope amid the continued failure of his films. Meanwhile, Akshay will soon start the promotion of his next film, Khel Khel Mein which is scheduled to be released on August 15 this year.
