Akshay Kumar's Action-Comedy 'Bachchan Pandey' Trailer To Out On Diwali 2021!

Mumbai, September 21: Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar will once again be super busy next year. The actor will have back-to-back releases throughout the year. While the Padman actor has exciting films in the pipeline, his action-comedy "Bachchan Pandey" is one of the films to watch out for in 2022.

Directed by Farhad Samji, the shooting of "Bachchan Pandey" has recently been concluded and the post-production work is going on in full swing to make the film ready for Republic Day 2022 release. As the movie is getting closer to its worldwide release, the makers are planning to treat fans with the first look posters of the lead cast in the coming weeks.



As per reports, the makers have also the trailer cut ready, which they are planning to release on Diwali this year. It is going to be an exciting trailer full of comedy, humor, and action. Akshay Kumar plays the titular role of a gangster, who aspires to be an actor.

The film, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, also stars Kriti Sanon and Jacqueline Fernandez in the female lead roles. Kriti will play a journalist, who wishes to be a director while Jacqueline's character has been kept under wrap.

"Bachchan Pandey" also stars Arshad Warsi, Abhimanyu Singh, and Pankaj Tripathi in key roles. Arshad will share screen space with Akshay Kumar for the very first time. He plays Akshay's friend in this movie. Abhimanyu Singh roped in to the play the villain. He is also in Akshay Kumar's "Sooryavanshi" which is waiting for the release.
