Alia Bhatt's 'Jigra' Postponed
Mumbai, June 13 - Bollywood star Alia Bhatt's highly-anticipated action thriller Jigra has been postponed to avert a clash with Telugu superstar Jr. NTR's Devara. Directed by Vasan Bala, the movie will now be released on October 11 in theatres worldwide.
Produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, Jigra was originally announced to release on September 27 but has now been postponed by two weeks after Devara confirmed to hit the screens during Gandhi Jayanti week.
Vedang Raina, who made his acting debut with The Archies last year, will be making his big-screen debut with Jigra opposite Alia Bhatt who is also co-producing the movie under her banner Eternal Sunshine. Dharma took to social media to share the new release date.
A fierce journey to protect your own...your jigra!👊🏻
