'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' First Reactions Are Out Online
Los Angeles, October 28 - Marvel Studios/Disney's most anticipated Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has had its world premiere in Hollywood on Wednesday and the first reactions are overwhelmingly positive and it seems the movie made everyone emotional as it is touted to be the best homage to actor Chadwick Boseman who played Black Panther in the first movie.
"Black Panther", which was released in 2018, was one of the biggest hits in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, grossing $700 million at the domestic (North America) box office and $1.3 billion worldwide. It was also the first comic book movie nominated for best picture at the Oscars.
The anticipation for the "Black Panther" sequel is already sky-high and after the kind of reception it is getting from its world premiere, it is certain to take one of the biggest openings in MCU history. It stars Letitia Wright, Lupita Nyong’o, Danai Gurira, Winston Duke, Dominique Thorne, Florence Kasumba, Michaela Coel, Tenoch Huerta, Martin Freeman, and Angela Bassett. "Black Panther 2" is slated to open on November 11.

Namor is one of the better villains the MCU has had to offer. Tenoch Huerta just kills it!
Emotions are heavy. Ryan Coogler ups his game on the action. It’s a lot to take in, balance so much, and is powerfully good. pic.twitter.com/NYxk1UvTYz
This is the first MCU film where I cried through the end credits. Everyone around me was a mess. Ryan Coogler & team crafted one of the GREAT sequels, hands down. A beautiful story about finding strength in grief & community to uplift. A film that brings its whole heart & soul pic.twitter.com/GFs2EweJ4y

Continues to be one of my favorite ensembles out there. M’Baku is still my #1, but Letitia Wright’s Shuri is quite the beating heart of this film. And Tenoch Huerta? They couldn’t have found a better Namor.

#WakandaForever is fantastic! Coogler delivers a soulful, wondrous sequel that packs an emotional punch & effectively explores relevant world themes. A beautiful tribute to Boseman’s legacy. Letitia & Tenoch are great, & the mid-credits scene is really moving. #BlackPanther pic.twitter.com/dqoSSfnTR9

#BlackPantherWakandaForever is a beautiful tribute to Chadwick Boseman. Visual stunner, with Angela Bassett commanding every scene she inhabits. Rihanna's "Lift Me Up" will do that for many. Another great post credit scene that's genuinely a jaw-dropper. Don't know about Oscars. pic.twitter.com/55YSor1PrD

Ryan Coogler's #BlackPantherWakandaForever, above all else, is cathartic. An emotional movie about loss, legacy and healing. The story is intimate, but vast with global power struggles and palace intrigue. Tenoch Huerta's Namor is a FORCE, better than I hoped. So much to discuss. pic.twitter.com/cDFVcPYHRR

#WakandaForever's bigger in scope and scale than #BlackPanther, but its story is also one of Marvel's most intimate and heartfelt. It's definitely a Comic Book Movie, but it’s one that centers grief and the grieving process rather than superheroics and spectacle. Full review soon pic.twitter.com/MzIjwVzjBd

#WakandaForever REVIEW: MARVEL’S MAGNUM OPUS. Ryan Coogler does it again, delivering a very EMOTIONAL, EPIC & sexy, horny adventure. WOW. This isn’t just another superhero movie, it’s one of the BEST films ever! GREAT action too. A fitting end setting up what’s next #BlackPanther pic.twitter.com/xZeh7YPtMu

It's hard to shake the emotional weight #BlackPanther #WakandaForever carries throughout the entire film. More serious in tone, a wonderful conclusion to Phase Four. It celebrates women as the fiercest protectors of all. Angela Bassett. Tenoch Huerta. Michaela Coel. RIHANNA! pic.twitter.com/9V2gcmKJpA

Just saw #BlackPantherWakandaForever If you’re looking for that Marvel feel that has been missing, this is it. Emotional, maybe 10 minutes too long, but who cares? Overall, a throwback to what made Marvel special in the first place. A beautiful tribute to Chadwick Boseman.

I saw #WakandaForever and trying to hold space to really gather my thoughts. Will share more soon but for now I will say it is a beautiful depiction of how grief and love co-exist, and the healing in the depths of some of our greatest pain. #BlackPanther pic.twitter.com/FVNrNdiCJh

#BlackPanther #WakandaForever RIPS. An epic, poignant & accomplished sequel that deepens the original’s resonant thematic power & prowess, AND serves as a loving tribute to Chadwick Boseman. Tenoch Huerta give a strong performance. Rihanna’s ballad is tender & sweet. pic.twitter.com/9TqMDbeu7X

Finally had the honor of watching #BlackPantherWakandaForever. Marvel Studios was never as political as this film, that has action scenes, of course, but much more. For example, probably the MVP, Angela Bassett is assured of an Oscar nomination, if not winning. 👇 pic.twitter.com/OEX4Cz3rhZ
