Bollywood Welcomes Government's Decision For Allowing Covid Vaccine For All Above 18
Mumbai, April 20, 2021: Coming as a major move in India's fight against the covid-19 pandemic, the Union Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that everyone above 18 years of age will be eligible to get the covid-19 vaccine from May 1st.
Until now, the vaccine jab was available for people above 45 years of age and front-line workers. The latest decision is being welcomed by one and all including film stars who have been urging the government to allow vaccination for all age groups. However, celebrities also urged fans to keep wearing masks ever after getting the covid-19 vaccine as it takes a few weeks to build immunity.
Here is what celebrities have to say about the decision -
Excellent news that all above 18 can get vaccinated 👍. But all our young Indians do remember this vaccination is not making us SuperMan or IronMan - just SaferMan !! Got the point 👍. We still need to mask up and be super careful - long journey ahead
