Buzz: Prabhas-Fronted 'Salaar' Release Date Postponed

Hyderabad, September 1 - Director Prashanth Neel's action drama "Salaar Part 1 - Ceasefire" starring superstar Prabhas is one of the highly-awaited Pan India movies, announced to release on September 28, 2023. However, according to the latest buzz, the movie has been postponed and won't be released on the current scheduled date.

According to the latest reports, the makers are informing distributors about the postponement of the movie. The official confirmation from producer Hombale Films is yet to be made but it is said that the team in planning to release the movie in December this year.



The reason about the postponement is not know exactly yet but rumours making rounds that the makers want to include an item song with a top actress, but due to the knee injury of Prabhas, the shoot will take place later. The official announcement regarding the new date is expected to be made shortly.

"Salaar Part 1 - Ceasefire" is director Prashanth Neel's first movie since mega blockbuster "KGF: Chapter 2" last year. It is produced by Hombale Films, and stars Prabhas in the title role alongside Prithivraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, and Tinnu Anand, among others.
