Director Lokesh Kanagaraj Calls Out 'Coolie' Leak Featuring Nagarajuna

Chennai, September 18 - After delivering one of the biggest Tamil grossers of all time in the form of Thalapathy Vijay-fronted Leo, director Lokesh Kanagaraj has teamed up with superstar Rajinikanth for his next, titled Coolie, produced by Sun Pictures.

The shoot of Coolie has already commenced and it is easily the most anticipated Tamil movie in the making. As the excitement for the movie is building up, a video featuring veteran Telugu star Nagarjuna has been leaked while filming a crucial scene and this has taken social media by storm.



The video, which is now all over social media, shows Nagarjuna in an and out mass avatar as netizens are comparing his look with that of Suriya's Rolex in Vikram, also directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. Meanwhile, the filmmaker has spoken out about that leaked video.

Taking to X, the blockbuster director said that the efforts put the team over the last couple of months have gone in vain due to the leak of the important scene. The filmmaker asked people not to engage in such practices, as they spoil the overall experience.

Coolie marks Lokesh's maiden collaboration with superstar Rajinikanth. It also stars Soubin Shahir, Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan, Sathyaraj, and Upendra in prominent roles along with Nagarajuna. The movie is scheduled to be released in 2025 in multiple languages.
