Emraan Hashmi To Star In A Comedy Movie Titled 'Sab First Class'

Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi is all set to tickle the funny bone with Sab First Class - a slice of life movie which will be directed by Balwinder Singh Janjua. It will be the first time when Emraan will be trying his hand in an outright comedy movie.

It is a movie of which story revolves around the aspirations and dreams of the common man. This laugh riot will be produced by Deepak Mukut, Shivanshu Pandey, and Abhay Sinha while Nishant Pitti has presented the movie.

Speaking about the film, Emraan Hashmi said, "The film is a hilarious yet sensitive story about the common man, and how he can go to any length to fulfill his needs. In the bargain, he stands to lose his family, his face in society and gets caught in a situation he cannot find his way out of".

"Balwinder's script is a laugh riot but has its poignant moments as well. It's unlike anything I've done before and was pretty much on board after I heard the first narration," the actor added.



Emraan who last seen in a suspense thriller film The Body has already a few movies in the pipeline. Apart from Sab First Class, the actor will also be seen sharing the screen with Amitabh Bachchan in the psychological thriller Chehre, and the gangster drama Mumbai Saga, also featuring John Abraham, Suniel Shetty, and Jackie Shroff.

The 41-year-old will also be doing 'Ezra' which is a remake of Malayalam film with the same name. He has one more movie awaiting titled Gangubai Kathiawadi which is based on a chapter of Hussain Zaidi's book Mafia Queens of Mumbai about Gangubai Kothewali, the madam of a brothel in Kamathipura.
