Orange Cap - David Warner (692 runs)

David Warner made his comeback in the IPL after missing out last year a memorable one by winning the Orange Cap for the leading run scorer of the tournament. He is the only batsman to win this award three times (2015, 2017, 2019) and more interestingly, Mumbai Indians have emerged as a winner every time.

Age is just a number for some players and South African star Imran Tahir proved that by becoming the oldest to win the Purple Cap for the leading wicket-taker of the tournament.

Most valuable player of the tournament - Andre Russell

Well, there was no competition for this award. Hardik Pandya came close but it was Andre Russell who grabbed this award. He scored 510 runs and took 11 wickets in 14 matches for Kolkata Knight Riders. He made everyone in awe with his inhuman striking throughout the tournament.

Emerging player of the tournament - Shubman Gill

A well-deserved award to the 19-year old Shubman Gill who impressed one and all with his batting under pressure. Gill scored 296 runs in 14 matches. In the first few matches, he played in the middle order but since he was given a chance to open the innings, he didn't look back after that.
