NTR 31: Jr. NTR's Next With Prashanth Neel To Start Filming In August 2024

Hyderabad, May 20 - In a surprising turn of events, Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts announce that the shooting of Telugu superstar Jr. NTR's highly-awaited film with director Prashanth Neel will commence in August this year.

Currently called NTR 31, the action drama film has reportedly been titled Dragon and it marks Jr. NTR's maidan collaboration with Prashanth Neel who last directed superstar Prabhas-fronted Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire.



It was assumed that the filming of Dragon would kickstart only after Neel gets done with Salaar 2 which is reportedly starting in a couple of weeks. However, the latest development indicates both films might happen simultaneously.

Jr. NTR, meanwhile, is gearing up for the release of much-awaited action drama Devara: Part 1, directed by Koratala Siva. Also starring Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, the movie is scheduled to release on October 10, 2024, in multiple languages.

After Devara, the RRR star will be seen in director Ayan Mukerji's hugely anticipated Pan India spy actioner War 2, co-starring Hrithik Roshan in the returning role of RAW agent Kabir. It marks Jr. NTR's debut in Bollywood and the shooting is currently in progress. It will be released on August 14, 2025, in multiple languages.
