KVN Productions To Distribute Prabhas' Much-Awaited 'Kalki 2898 AD' In Karnataka

Bengaluru, May 10 - Pan India superstar Prabhas-fronted sci-fi epic Kalki 2898 AD will be distributed theatrically by KVN Productions in Karnataka state, the officially announced on Friday, May 10. The movie will get a wide release across the state.

Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD is easily one of the most anticipated Pan India movies of the year and the makers are leaving no stone unturned to give a massive release across the globe. Earlier, Anil Thadani's AA Films grabbed the theatrical rights of the movie for the entire North India region at a huge price.



Telugu movies particularly have a huge box office potential in Karnataka and Kalki 2898 AD is expected to be one of the biggest grossers of the year in the state. KVN Productions will also be distributing Suriya's Pan India movie Kanguva in Karnataka.

Produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, Kalki 2898 AD is set in a post-apocalyptic world in 2898 AD. It stars Prabhas in the titular role alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani. The movie is scheduled to be released on June 27, 2024, in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil.
