'Kalki 2898 AD' Pre-Sales Off To Flying Start In The USA

Los Angeles, June 7 - Pan India superstar Prabhas-fronted Kalki 2898 AD is heading for a guaranteed massive start at the USA box office after the excellent response in the pre-sales which opened on June 6.

Directed by Nag Ashwin, the pre-sales rampage of the sci-fi epic has begun as it has already scored approximately $700K (5.85 crores) from 1391 shows in 337 locations, with 22729 tickets sold for premiers, according to Venky Box Office. The premiere will take place on June 26.



The major theatres are reporting fast-filling status as the pre-sales are expected to grow over the next few days as more shows are opening gradually. Prathyangira Cinemas is releasing the movie in North America and it has set IMAX format release also for it.

Produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, the movie stars Prabhas in the title role alongside Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani. The trailer of Kalki 2898 AD will be released on June 10 and is slated to be released on June 27, 2024, in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil.
