Kangana Ranaut Tests Positive For Covid-19; Quarantines Herself

Mumbai, May 8, 2021: Actress Kangana Ranaut has announced on social media that she has tested positive for the covid-19. She had developed symptoms in the last few days and tested herself as she wanted to leave for her hometown, Himachal Pradesh.

"I was feeling tired and weak with a slight burning sensation in my eyes for past few days, was hoping to go to Himachal so got my test done yesterday and today the result came I am covid positive", Kangana wrote on Instagram.



"I have quarantined myself, I had no idea this virus is having a party in my body, now that I know I will demolish it, people please don’t give anything any power over you, if you are scared it will scare you more, come let’s destroy this Covid -19 it is nothing but a small-time flu which got too much press and now psyching few people. Har Har Mahadev", she added.

Kangana is the latest among celebs who have contracted coronavirus in the recent past. Actors like Sonu Sood, Kartik Aaryan, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt had contracted and recovered from Covid-19. Recently, Deepika Padukone too tested positive for the virus along with her family.
