Kangana Ranaut's Much-Awaited 'Emergency' New Release Date Locked
Mumbai, June 24 - Bollywood queen Kangana Ranaut's much-awaited biographical historical drama film "Emergency" has locked a new release date.
Directed by Kangana herself, "Emergency" is based on the true events of Emergency in India from 1975-1977. It was supposed to release on October 20 but has now been postponed by a month. It will now be hitting worldwide theaters on November 24, 2023, two weeks after Salman Khan-fronted "Emergency".
Kangana Ranaut took to Twitter to announce the new release date with a teaser. "A protector or a Dictator? Witness the darkest phase of our history when the leader of our nation declared a war on it's people", she wrote.

"Emergency" is produced by Kangana's Manikarnika Films. It stars Kangana as Indira Gandhi who was the prime minister at the time of emergency was announced in 1975. It also features Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Satish Kaushik, Mahima Chaudhry, and Milind Soman in pivotal roles.
