Kantara Becomes Highest-Rated Film On Book My Show With 100K Votes

Bengaluru, October 21 - Rishab Shetty's sensational blockbuster Kantara is creating records in different forms every passing day. The movie has been one of the highest-rated films worldwide on rating sites and now, it has set one more rating record.

On the ticketing platform, Book My Show, the "Kantara" Kannada version has hit a 9.9 rating from 100K votes which is an all-time record on the platform. The Kannada version of the movie never dropped from 9.9 since its release and was the first film already with 15K+ votes and 9.9 ratings on BMS.



"Kantara", as reported earlier, is the highest-rated Indian film on IMDb with 9.5 ratings, beating the likes of "Soorarai Pottru", "Jai Bhim", "RRR", and many others on the list.

Written and directed by Rishab Shetty himself, "Kantara" has taken full advantage of the blockbuster reviews and has already become the 3rd highest-grossing Kannada movie of all time. It is marching towards 200 crores club, which is now looking inevitable.

The Hombale Films production currently stands at approx. 178 crores gross worldwide, and with long Diwali weekend ahead, it should easily breach box office milestone of 200 crores, which was once looking a far cry.
