Khuda Haafiz Review: Public Reaction On Vidyut Jammwal And Shivaleeka Oberoi Starrer

Amid the disappointment of not getting a theatrical release, Vidyut Jammwal, and Shivaleeka Oberoi starrer action thriller film Khuda Haafiz is now streaming on Disney+Hotstar from August 14. Directed by Faruk Kabir, the film also stars Annu Kapoor, Shiv Panditt, and Aahana Kumra in key roles.

The film is inspired by true events and set during the financial crisis of 2007–2008. It is a story of a young man, Sameer Chaudhary (Vidyut Jammwal) who races against time to rescue his kidnapped wife Nargis (Shivaleeka Oberoi) from flesh traders.

#KhudaHafiz has an excellent 1st half but 2nd half turns out to be barely passable. This one could have been a kickass thriller and though there are moments in the 2nd half, the surprise element isn’t there. #VidyutJammwal does well by playing a vulnerable man this time

Saw #KhudaHaafiz(2020) on #disneyplushotstar.#VidyutJammwal is the only good thing in the film, his few action stunts the saving grace in an outdated & predictable script.
Annu Kapoor's accent looked like he was a NRI settled in Oman.
