Kichcha Sudeepa Compares Bollywood's Box Office Struggle With Virat Kohli's Batting Form
Mumbai, July 26 - Pan India actor, Kichcha Sudeepa, who is gearing up for the release of his long-awaited adventure action film "Vikrant Rona", finds a parallel between the box office struggle of Bollywood and cricket legend Virat Kohli's recent batting form.
It is a well-known fact that Bollywood, apart from a few films, has been struggling to deliver hits at the box office, and so is the case with Virat Kohli whose batting form in recent times has dipped. Kichcha Sudeepa, however, came in support of the Bollywood industry when he was asked about the current trend of South films dominating Hindi films.
"Not that every film is doing great. A couple of films do well, and a couple of films don't. That doesn't mean we generalize and say it's dominating. There are good times for everything and if the Hindi film industry has not been doing great and if it does not have great people, how would you sustain for so many years? It is there".
"It is just a matter of how Virat Kohli is when he is out of form for a while", Sudeepa said at the pre-release event of Vikrant Rona in Mumbai.
The pre-release event of "Vikrant Rona" was also attended by superstar Salman Khan, who presents the dubbed Hindi version of the film. Actress Jacqueline Fernandez also shared the stage with two actors as she is playing a very important role in the movie that is slated to release in Kannada (original), Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu on July 28, 2022, also in 3D.
