Here is the full list of Women's Royal Rumble winners. Since the inaugural Women's Royal Rumble, there have been 6 winners with Asuka as the inaugural winner.

The 2018 Royal Rumble was the first to include a women's Royal Rumble match, which was the main event for that year; it is now standard for the event to include a men's and women's match. Since 2019, the Royal Rumble has been usually held in baseball stadiums.

It is one of the "big four" pay-per-view events of the WWE, along with WrestleMania, SummerSlam, and Survivor Series. The event features a 30-man over-the-top-rope battle royal, in which participants enter the ring at timed intervals, with the goal of throwing all other competitors over the top rope and onto the floor, until only one remains. The last wrestler remaining is declared the winner and earns a championship match at WrestleMania.

The Royal Rumble event has been held annually since 1988, and typically takes place in January. The event is known for its surprise appearances and returns of wrestlers, as well as its use of the "Royal Rumble" match to determine a challenger for a championship match at WrestleMania. In recent years, a women's Royal Rumble match has also been added to the event.

The Royal Rumble is also notable for its use of "entrance numbers," with wrestlers entering the match at timed intervals, typically 90 seconds apart. This creates a sense of tension and excitement, as fans eagerly await to see who will be the next wrestler to enter the match. The event is also known for its use of "elimination spots," with wrestlers being eliminated from the match by being thrown over the top rope and onto the floor.

Over the years, the Royal Rumble has seen many memorable moments, including Stone Cold Steve Austin's victory in 1997, where he entered the match at number 5 and went on to win, as well as the 1992 Royal Rumble where Ric Flair won, after entering the match as the 3rd participant and lasting for over an hour. The Royal Rumble is one of the most highly-anticipated events on the WWE calendar and is a must-see for wrestling fans.

(As of the 2023 Royal Rumble).
