Makers Issue Statement On Prabhas-Fronted 'The Raja Saab'; Clarifies On Release Date

Hyderabad, December 18 - The makers of superstar Prabhas-fronted The Raja Saab have shared a statement on social media on the rumours regarding the film's teaser and shooting details. There have been rumours that the teaser would be released during the Christmas or New Year weekend which the makers have denied.

The film is produced by People Media Factory which wrote on X, "#TheRajaSaab shooting is progressing rapidly with continuous day and night schedules. Nearly 80% of the shoot has been completed, and post-production work is in full swing".



"We’ve noticed various speculations circulating about the teaser release during Christmas or New Year. We kindly request you not believe these false rumours. We will officially announce any updates at the right time", the studio said in the post.

Meanwhile, there have been reports that The Raja Saab will be postponed from April 10 release after the recent change in the release dates of other movies. While the makers didn't mention such a development, the studio seemingly re-confirmed the April 10 release with a hashtag, #TheRajaSaabOnApril10th on X.

However, as reported earlier, the Maruthi's directorial romantic horror comedy will be heavy on VFX and there are chances it might get postponed to a new date but things will become clear after the shoot compilation. It also stars Malavika Mohanan, Niddhi Aggarwal, and Riddhi Kumar as the female leads.
