Malayalam Blockbuster 'Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey' To Get A Hindi Remake?

Mumbai, March 19 - Malayalam family drama film Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey was one of the biggest Mollywood blockbusters of 2022. The Basil Joseph and Darshana Rajendran-fronted movie grossed over 43 crores worldwide and also received critical acclaim.

Now, according to the latest reports, the movie is getting ready for its Hindi remake. It is said that Fatima Sana Shaikh has been attached to play the lead role while Vipin Das who wrote and directed the original movie, will also be helming the Hindi remake.



There is no official confirmation regarding the Hindi remake yet but reports say that Aamir Khan Productions will bankroll the project. Meanwhile, the Hindi version of Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey is already available digitally.

The movie is about an ambitious girl Jaya (Darshana Rajendran) who is married to Rajesh (Basil) who is abusive and arrogant. Jaya, rather than keeping mum, decides to revolt and takes matters into her own hand.
