Mega 157: Megastar Chiranjeevi Finalizes His Next Film

Hyderabad, August 13 - Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi's latest release "Bholaa Shankar" fails to woo the audiences as it crashed badly on its second day after a decent opening. Directed by Meher Ramesh, the movie will find it difficult to bounce back from hereon and is likely to end up as a big failure.

Meanwhile, Megastar Chiranjeevi has already finalized his next film. The veteran actor has teamed with director Mallidi Vasistha whose last directorial "Bimbisara" was a huge blockbuster. The upcoming project will be Chiranjeevi's 157th film.



"Mega 157" will be produced by UV Creations and it is touted to be a social fantasy film. Oscar-winning musician MM Keeravani is reportedly on board to score the music of the film that is expected to commence filming in November this year for a late 2024 release.

Mallidi Vasistha previously said in an interview about his film with Chiranjeevi that, "The story has Indian mythological roots, but the universe will connect to all the ages of audiences. In making this story, I always look forward to the Marvel franchise and I'm trying to add an Indian touch to it".
