Mohanlal's 'Drishyam 3' Officially Confirmed

Kochi, February 20 - Amid the months of speculations, superstar Mohanlal has officially confirmed the third instalment of the crime suspense thriller franchise, Drishyam. Jeethu Joseph has written the script and will return to direct with Aashirvad Cinemas producing it.

Ever since Drishyam 2 was released in 2021, the fans have been eagerly waiting for Drishyam 3. The blockbuster success of the film's Hindi remake further boosted the hype and chatter around the next instalment which has now been confirmed. The actor took to Twitter/X to confirm Drishyam 3 with a caption - "The Past Never Stays Silent".

There have been reports that Drishyam 3 will simultaneously be made in Malayalam and Hindi with the respective cast and crew, however, there hasn't been any official word regarding the same. The upcoming film is said to be the final film of the franchise.
