Netflix Is Developing Documentary On Nayanthara-Vignesh's Love Story

Chennai, July 20 - Southern lady superstar Nayanthara and actor-filmmaker Vignesh Shivan recently tied the knot amid the presence of some of the superstars of cinema, and now, a documentary on their love story is in development at Netflix.





In this yet-to-be-titled documentary, the audience will get a view of Nayanthara and Vignesh's love story, which culminated in a fairytale wedding at a famous resort in Mahabalipuram on June 9. This will be the first of its kind documentary in India and soon be premiering on the OTT giant which is looking to find its feet in India.

Nayanthara has been a true superstar with a career spanning nearly 20 years. Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan's marriage has attracted the attention of multiple OTT platforms. As per the recent reports, Netflix had paid for the wedding arrangements. The media reports had also said that the newly-wed couple was served a legal notice by the OTT giant after the posting of wedding pictures by Vignesh led to the violation of contract terms. However, the latest development at Netflix seems to put an end to such unverified reports.





Meanwhile, on the work front, Nayanthara has multiple films in her kitty, including her Bollywood debut film "Jawan" led by superstar Shah Rukh Khan. The movie is currently under filming and will release on June 2, 2023, in multiple languages.
