Official Runtime For Prabhas-Fronted 'Adipurush' Reportedly Revealed

Mumbai, April 18 - Prabhas-fronted epic Adipurush is one of the most anticipated Indian films and ahead of its wide release in June this year, the film receives a major boost with the announcement of its World Premiere at Tribeca Festival in New York.

Based on the epic Ramayana, "Adipurush" will be screened at the prestigious festival on June 13. Meanwhile, the official website of the Tribeca Festival has reported a runtime of 174 minutes (2 hours and 54 minutes), making it one of the longest Bollywood movies ever.



The movie is directed by Om Raut and produced by T-Series, Retrophiles, and UV Creations. It features Prabhas as Lord Ram along with Kriti Sanon as Sita, Saif Ali Khan as Raavan, Sunny Singh as Lakshman, and Devdatta Nage as Hanuman, among others.

Excited about the premiere, Om Raut said, "Adipurush is not a film, it is an emotion, a sentiment! It is our vision of a story that resonates with the very spirit of India. When I learned that Adipurush has been selected by the esteemed jury of one of the prestigious film festivals in the world that I always aspired to be at as a student".

Adipurush is slated to release on June 16, 2023, in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.
