Pawan Kalyan's 'OG' Packs Huge OTT Deal; Release Date Postponed
Hyderabad, June 7 - Telugu superstar Pawan Kalyan's gangster action thriller OG is one of the most anticipated films. It is directed by Sujeeth whose last directorial was Prabhas-fronted Pan India flick Saaho back in 2019.



OG has been scheduled to be released in September this year, however, the latest reliable reports have confirmed that it will be postponed to 2025 as the shoot is still pending due to Pawan Kalyan's political commitments.





Meanwhile, the makers have reportedly locked the post-theatrical streaming deal for OG. According to Gulte.com, Netflix has acquired the streaming rights of the movie for a whopping 92 crores, making it one of the biggest OTT deals for a Telugu title.





Produced by DVV Entertainment, OG revolves around a ruthless don named Ojas Gambheera "OG" who returns to Mumbai following his ten year disappearing to finish off Omi Bhau, a crime boss.





Pawan Kalyan plays the title role of Ojas Gambheera alongside Emraan Hashmi (Telugu debut), Priyanka Mohan, Arjun Das, Prakash Raj, Subhalekha Sudhakar, and Sriya Reddy, among others. The musical score and soundtrack are composed by Thaman S, while the cinematography is handled by Ravi K. Chandran.
