Chicago, 6 November - WWE's Crown Jewel 2023 event has recently concluded, featuring eight spectacular matches. Now, we're gearing up for the next Pay-Per-View event in November, which is Survivor Series.

The 2023 Crown Jewel card included the Undisputed Universal Champion Roman Reigns. However, there is a strong belief that Roman Reigns won't be part of the 2023 Survivor Series card. Nevertheless, there's considerable excitement surrounding some rumored returns, with CM Punk and Randy Orton being among the notable names considered for a comeback. While there may be more additions to the card, these two heavyweight superstars are the primary focus for now.

WWE is preparing for a substantial event even without Roman Reigns. If CM Punk and Randy Orton do make their return, the card will still be a significant attraction. While the exact lineup for the event remains uncertain, it has been confirmed that WarGames will make a return for the second consecutive year.

Indeed, the 2023 Survivor Series card is expected to include both Men's and Women's WarGames matches, and the participants for these matches have likely been finalized.

Let's take a look at the predicted match card;

#1. Men's WarGames Match - The Judgement Day & Drew McIntyre vs. Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, Cody Rhodes & Randy Orton

There is a huge anticipation that Drew McIntyre is likely to join The Judgement Day team at the event to face off against Seth Rollins, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, Cody Rhodes, and the returning Randy Orton. On multiple occasions, we have observed Drew McIntyre interacting with The Judgement Day member Rhea Ripley. The most recent interaction occurred at Crown Jewel following Drew McIntyre's loss to Seth Rollins.

Randy Orton is on the brink of making his return, having undergone training at the WWE Performance Center for several weeks. Therefore, WWE may choose to keep Randy Orton's involvement as "To Be Announced" (TBA) until his official return, as he is expected to join the fight against The Judgement Day.

#2. Women's WarGames Match - Iyo Sky, Kairi Sane, Asuka, Bayley, Charlotte Flair vs. Liv Morgan, Becky Lynch, Rhea Ripley, Nia Jax, Raquel Rodriguez

While anything remains possible, there is a prevailing sentiment that Kairi Sane's WWE return might lead to her forming an alliance with The Damage CTRL. The rationale behind not expecting Kairi Sane to participate in the Women's WarGames match is linked to Bayley, who was essentially responsible for Kairi Sane's absence from TV in 2020.

Asuka has a long-standing partnership with Kairi Sane, so it's conceivable that we could witness Asuka's involvement in the match instead.

#3. WWE Intercontinental Championship Match: Gunther(c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

The upcoming match between Gunther and Shinsuke Nakamura promises to be a fresh and exciting encounter. These two wrestlers have had limited interactions in the ring, making it an eagerly anticipated showdown. Both competitors boast significant skill and experience, and their chemistry is evident.

What adds to the intrigue is their distinct wrestling styles. Gunther is known for his powerful brawling style, whereas Nakamura is a more agile and technically skilled wrestler. This contrast in styles sets the stage for an intriguing battle.

In August 2022, they had an outstanding match on SmackDown, during which Gunther emerged victorious and successfully retained the Intercontinental Championship. This bout received widespread acclaim from both fans and critics. It was praised for its hard-hitting action and compelling storytelling, making it a must-watch for any professional wrestling enthusiast. Undoubtedly, it stands as one of the standout matches of the year thus far.
