'Pushpa 2 - The Rule' Advance Booking Update

Hyderabad, November 26 - The record will be in sight as the pre-sales of the highly-anticipated Pan India movie Pushpa 2 - The Rule starring superstar Allu Arjun begins next week. The buzz for this Sukumar's directorial is at an all-time high and the stage is set to make the most of it.

Scheduled to be released on December 5, the pre-sales of Pushpa 2 is expected to open on November 30, Saturday which is 5 days before the release in India. As said, the movie will be targeting the biggest opening day as well as the weekend pre-sales in India, especially in Hindi.



The current opening day pre-sales record is with superstar Yash-fronted KGF: Chapter which scored around 40 crores gross (with block seats) for the opening day. Without block seats, superstar Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan scored the biggest advance booking sales in Hindi with 36 crores gross for the opening day. (Note - with tracked shows only)

The on-ground buzz of Pushpa 2 seems to be extraordinary and it is expected to wreak havoc at the box office in mass belts. The trade is anticipating record booking once the full-fledged pre-sales open on November 30 and if things go as expected, it will create a new record of sales for the opening day.

Pushpa 2 will have a solo release as Maddock Films' Chhaava, which was supposed to be released on December 6, has been postponed. Apart from the pre-sales record, Pushpa 2 will also eye record opening day in Hindi which is currently with Jawan (65.5 crores net).
