Ram Pothineni To Reunite With Director Puri Jagannadh After Blockbuster 'iSmart Shankar'?

Hyderabad, April 25 - Telugu filmmaker Puri Jagannadh has been putting efforts to set up his next directorial venture after the debacle box office result of "Liger" last year.

Puri had approached megastar Chiranjeevi along with a few other stars for his next, however, things didn't work out. Now, it has been reported that the filmmaker will be reuniting with actor Ram Pothineni after their blockbuster maiden venture "iSmart Shankar".



It has been reported that Puri recently narrated a script to Ram and the actor liked the story. The upcoming movie is said to be the sequel to "iSmart Shankar" and the official announcement regarding the same is expected to be made soon.

Puri Jagannadh is reportedly working on the dialogue version and screenplay now that the basic story has been locked. The pre-production work will start soon while the regular production will reportedly begin in October this year.

Ram is currently shooting for director Boyapati Srinu's film which is expected to finish by August this year.
