Ranking The Top 5 Highlights From WWE Raw On September 25, 2023
Ontario, September 25, 2023 - WWE continues to deliver exciting shows under Triple H's creative direction, and this week's Monday Night Raw was no exception. The event took place at the Toyota Arena in Ontario, CA, and had a stacked lineup.
The main event featured The Judgement Day defending their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship against Owens and Zayn. Additionally, Dominik Mysterio and Dragon Lee had an impressive title showdown.
Another highlight of the night was the match between Drew McIntyre and Kofi Kingston, which got the crowd excited. Notable wrestlers like Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Becky Lynch, Tegan Nox, and more also appeared on the show.

#1. Finn Balor and Damian Priest Defeated Kevin Owens And Sami Zayn To Retain Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships
In this Monday's Raw main event, Finn Balor and Damian Priest beat Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn to keep their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships. It was a tough challenge for The Judgment Day to defend their titles, but with JD and Dominik's assistance, they held onto the titles in their second defense against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.
#2. NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio defeated Dragon Lee
It was such an intense match. Both men were in the ring, the bell rang, and the match finally started. Lee executed a Hurricanrana, sending Dominik out of the ring. Lee followed up with a massive dive and got him back into the ring. Lee went for a near fall after getting him back into the ring. Dominik countered with a DDT on the apron.
Dominik attempted a Frog Splash from the top, but Lee thwarted him by getting his knees up. Lee delivered back-to-back clotheslines, followed by a Dropkick for the cover, but there was no win there. Lee executed a German Suplex, while Dominik responded with a Michinoku driver for the cover, but Lee kicked out at two and a half.
Dominik went for a 619 but missed when Lee moved away. Lee then hurled Dominik with a hurricanrana onto the floor after sending him to the apron. Lee followed it up with a sitout Powerbomb, which was quite impressive. Lee went for the cover, but Dominik kicked out. Lee prepared for a DDT, but Dominik countered and climbed the ropes, hitting a Frog Splash for the cover and securing the win.
#3. Drew McIntyre defeated Kofi Kingston; Ivar Attacks Kofi and Woods
The bell rang, and the match started off. Drew knocked him down near the ropes. Kofi delivered a huge dropkick and then pummeled him in the corner. Drew executed a Suplex followed by a shoulder tackle. Kofi responded with a massive Dropkick that sent Drew over the top ropes. Kofi went to the top rope and performed a Crossbody. Kofi leaped off the apron in an attempt to take him down. McIntyre got back in the ring, and Kofi, from the top rope, went for a Crossbody for the cover, but there was no win there.
After the break, Drew had been dominating for quite some time. Kofi went to the top rope and attempted his move, but Drew countered it into a Belly-To-Belly throw. Drew followed up with another move, hitting a neckbreaker. Kofi tried for a Trouble in Paradise, but Drew turned it into a DDT for the cover, yet Kofi kicked out at two and a half.
Drew went for a clothesline, but Kofi blocked it and sent Drew to the floor. Drew attempted to get back in, but Kofi kicked through the ropes and then executed a Suicide dive, sending Drew back into the announce table. Drew hit a reverse Alabama slam onto the apron.
Drew missed a Claymore kick. Kofi managed to hit an SOS for the cover but didn't secure the win. Drew received a forearm from Kofi. Drew retaliated with a headbutt. Meanwhile, we saw Ivar come from behind and attack Woods outside the ring. Drew got back into the ring and hit Kofi with a Claymore kick for the three-count, winning the match.
After the match, Ivar got into the ring and attacked Kofi, while Drew walked away as he had done the very last time. Ivar went to the top and performed a moonsault to take out Kofi.
#4. Seth Rollins vs. Shinsuke Nakamura In A Last Man Standing Match Made Offical For WWE Fastlane
Next up, WWE Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins took the mic to cut a promo. Rollins began by taking a shot at Nakamura and called him out to accept his challenge for a match. Nakamura appeared on the Titantron and expressed his desire for a Last Man Standing Match against Seth Rollins.
Rollins agreed to have the match at WWE Fastlane.
#5. Tommaso Ciampa defeated Ludwig Kaiser
The match kicked off with Kaiser knocking him down. Kaiser got Ciampa on the top rope and hit him to knock him down. Kaiser sent Ciampa into the steel steps. Kaiser delivered a dropkick that sent Ciampa out of the ring. Ciampa responded with a clothesline that sent Kaiser into the ring.
Both were outside, and Ciampa sent him into the steel steps. Ciampa attempted the Willow's Bell for the cover, but didn't secure the win. Ciampa executed a DDT, but there was no cover made. Vinci tried to create a distraction but received a kick from Ciampa. Kaiser took advantage and hit him with the enzuigiri.
He went for the cover, but it was a near fall. The referee was trying to get Vinci away, keeping busy over there. Kaiser landed a kick on Vinci, sending him out of the ring. Meanwhile, Ciampa executed a Jumping Knee on Kaiser for the cover and secured the win.
