Ravi Teja's 'Mr Bachchan' Confirms Box Office Clash With 'Double iSmart', And Others

Hyderabad, July 21 - Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja's action comedy-drama Mr Bachchan has been confirmed to release on August 15, Independence Day. The movie is directed by Harish Shankar and also stars Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead.

Produced by People Media Factory, Mr Bachchan will clash at the box office with Ram Pothineni's Double iSmart, directed by Puri Jagannadh. In addition, several other films are releasing on the same day in Telugu, including 35-Chinna Katha Kaadu, Thangalaan (Telugu dub), and Aay.



Mr Bachchan will have a special premiere on August 14, which is probably the first time of major Telugu movie in recent tiles which shows the the confidence makers have in the movie. Ravi Teja is reportedly playing an income tax officer who is a legendary Amitabh Bachchan fan in the movie.
