Roman Reigns Set To Hit An Impressive Milestone Ahead Of WWE WrestleMania 39
As WrestleMania 39 approaches, Roman Reigns is on the verge of achieving another significant milestone. Despite the focus of many fans being on his championship reign, the Tribal Chief is poised to accomplish another major feat.
Cody Rhodes, the winner of the Royal Rumble, will challenge Roman Reigns for his WWE Undisputed Universal Championship at the upcoming Show of Shows. Although many people think that Cody Rhodes is the ideal candidate to end Reigns' championship reign, there is also a strong speculation that Reigns will retain his title to achieve the milestone of being Universal Champion for 1000 days.
In just four days, Reigns will achieve another remarkable milestone as he will have completed 1200 consecutive days without being pinned, which is equally impressive.
Baron Corbin was the last wrestler to pin Roman Reigns and secure a three-count victory over him. This occurred at the TLC premium live event in November 2019. As previously mentioned, Reigns has held the Universal Title for nearly 1000 days, ever since he defeated Bray Wyatt and Braun Strowman at the Payback event in August 2020.
In April 2022, Reigns merged the Universal Championship with the WWE Title by defeating Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 38.
