SS Rajamouli To Play A Key Role In Prabhas-Fronted 'Kalki 2898 AD'?

Hyderabad, August 30 - Prabhas-fronted sci-fi epic Kalki 2898 AD is getting bigger and bigger with each passing day on the casting front. Recently, Dulquer Salmaan seemingly confirmed to be a part of the movie which delighted the fans Now, according to the latest reports, arguably India's biggest director, SS Rajamouli is also playing a key role in the film which also feature Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani in prominent role.

It is said that Rajamouli will be playing a very important role in "Kalki 2898 AD" aka "Project K", however, makers haven't confirmed that same yet. Rajamouli previously made cameo appearances in films like "Sye", "Baahubali 1", and "Majnu".



"Kalki" is being directed by Nag Ashwin and produced by Ashwini Dutt of Vyjayanthi Movies banner. This sci-fi action thriller is set in a dystopian world and is being made on a massive budget and scale. The movie will reportedly be released in two parts with first part eyeing summer 2024 release.
