Salman Khan's 'Sikandar' Officially Confirmed For March 30, Sunday Release

Mumbai, March 19 - Superstar Salman Khan's much-awaited action drama Sikandar has officially been confirmed to hit the big screen on March 30, Sunday, also in IMAX. This is the back-to-back second movie of the Bollywood superstar to release on Sunday, after Tiger 3 in 2023.

The makers announced the release date of the movie on Wednesday, March 19 with a new poster featuring Salman. Directed by AR Murugadoss, Sikandar will debut in theaters a day before Eid which falls on March 31. The movie will be chasing one of the biggest openings for a Bollywood title but the Sunday release has taken away the regular weekend advantage.



Sikandar is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under his banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. It stars Salman Khan in the title role with Rashmika Mandanna playing the female lead while Sathyaraj and Prateik Babbar are the negative leads. The announcement of advance booking opening will be made with the trailer launch.
