Salman Khan's 'Tiger 3' Censor Certificate and Official Runtime Revealed
Mumbai, November 3 - The anticipation is picking up for the superstar Salman Khan's much-awaited Tiger 3. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the spy action thriller is scheduled to release on November 12, the day of the Diwali festival, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu in multiple formats.
The pre-booking of this Yash Raj Films' biggie will go on sale on November 5, a week before the release date. Meanwhile, the makers completed the censorship formalities of the movie on October 27 and it has reportedly been censored with a "U/A" certificate with an approved runtime of 2 hours and 33 minutes (153 minutes).
According to the reports, the film has passed with the zero visual cuts and with some modifications in the diaglouges as the CBFC asked the makers to use the correct abbreviation, that is, R&AW, in some of the dialogues.
"Tiger 3" is the 5th movies in Yash Raj Films' ambitious Spy Universe and the third in the Tiger franchise. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif return to reprise theirs roles as RAW agent Tiger and ex-ISI agent Zoya, respectively while Emraan Hashmi plays the main villain.
Shah Rukh Khan, who played the lead in Pathaan, features in "Tiger 3" in a special appearance and will make entry in a crucial scene. Interestingly, in Pathaan, it was Tiger (Salman Khan) who came to Pathaan's rescue and it was one of the major highlights of the film.
