Shah Rukh Khan's 'Pathaan' Is The Most-Awaited Hindi Film

Mumbai, July 19 - The year 2023 could script the biggest comeback ever in Indian cinema as superstar Shah Rukh Khan is coming to rule the box office again with not just one but three films.

The Badshah of Bollywood will be headlining his first film in more than 4 years in the form of Pathaan with director Sidharth Anand, followed by Atlee's Jawan, and by the end of the year, he will be seen in director Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki. All three movies will be made on huge budgets and thus, these movies are carrying a lot of anticipation.



According to Ormax Cinematix, "Pathaan" is currently the most-awaited Hindi film, followed by Akshay Kumar's Ram Setu, which opens this Diwali. Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan's Vikram Vedha is the third most anticipated movie at the moment followed by Prabhas-fronted Adipurush, and SRK's "Jawan" at number 4 and 5 respectively.

In the top five most-awaited Hindi films, King Khan has two films, which shows that audience is so looking forward to watching the superstar on the big screen after a long time. It is to be noted that Ormax Media has considered only those releasing from September 2022 onwards whose trailer has not yet been released.

"Pathaan", which is produced by Yash Raj Films, is currently under post-production. It also stars John Abraham and Deepika Padukone in key roles and is scheduled to release on January 25, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The film is a spy action thriller and will also have a cameo of Salman Khan as Tiger.
