Sony's 'Spider-Man: Across the Spider Verse' To Release In 10 Languages In India
Mumbai, April 4 - Sony Pictures hugely anticipated computer-animated superhero film Spider-Man: Across the Spider Verse is getting ready to release in theaters on June 2 this year.
Based on the Marvel Comics character Miles Morales/Spider-Man, the movie will have a wide release in as many as 10 languages in India. This is the first time a Hollywood film will be released in 10 languages in India.
The studio released a new stunning trailer of "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse" and confirmed the release in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada, and Malayalam, languages on June 2.
Directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson, "Across the Spider-Verse" will be up against Shah Rukh Khan's mega movie "Jawan" which is also releasing on June 2 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.
In the film, Miles goes on an adventure across the multiverse with a new team of Spider-People, known as the Spider-Force. The trailer also shows some connection with Tom Holland's "Spider-Man: No Way Home" (2021).
